Daily cruise bookings — cancellations

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled cruise departure are eligible for a refund, subject to a 10% cancellation charge.
Cancellations are not permitted on the same day as the cruise.
No refund is provided for cancellations made within 24 hours of departure.

Modifications

Booking modifications (date or cruise change) can be requested up to 24 hours before the scheduled departure, subject to availability.
Modifications within 24 hours of departure cannot be guaranteed.

Late arrival & no-show

The cruise departs on schedule and cannot wait for late arrivals. Guests are requested to report at least 30 minutes before departure.
No refund or adjustment is provided for late arrivals or no-shows.

Weather & operational cancellations

In the event of extreme weather or unsafe river conditions, a cruise may be cancelled for safety.
For the Sunset and Sundown cruises, if a cruise is cancelled by us due to weather, the ticket amount is refunded.
For the Dinner Cruise, if sailing is not possible due to weather, the cruise will not be refunded; instead, guests will enjoy the full cultural performances and buffet dinner on board while docked.

Private experiences (candlelight, island events, charters)

Private and customised experiences (private candlelight dinners, river island events, and whole-vessel charters) involve dedicated arrangements and advance preparation, and are subject to the following cancellation schedule, based on the estimated cruise/programme charges:

30 days or more before the cruise date: no charge.
Between 30 and 15 days before: 10% of the estimated programme charges.
Between 15 and 7 days before: 25% of the estimated programme charges.
Between 7 and 2 days before: 50% of the estimated programme charges.
Within 48 hours of the cruise date/time: 100% of the estimated programme charges.

For island setups, once the setup and catering have been prepared, the booking is non-refundable regardless of weather, though a covered area is provided on board.
