- Payment is processed by our third-party payment provider, Razorpay. We do not store your card or bank details on our systems.
- Basic communications you send us (e.g. by WhatsApp, email, or phone) in connection with bookings and enquiries.
- Website usage data via Google Analytics: we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our website (pages visited, general location, device type, and how you arrived at the site). This uses cookies and collects usage data in aggregate to help us improve the site. Google Analytics may process this data in accordance with Google's own privacy practices. You can control cookies through your browser settings and via our cookie notice — analytics cookies are set only if you accept them there.
How we use your information
- To process and confirm your bookings and send your boarding pass and booking confirmation (by WhatsApp and email).
- To communicate with you about your booking, enquiries, and, after your cruise, to invite your feedback/review.
- To provide customer support and respond to your requests.
- To meet legal, tax, and regulatory obligations (e.g. invoicing/GST).
Sharing
- We do not sell your personal information.
- We share information only with service providers necessary to deliver our service — our payment provider (Razorpay) and our messaging/email providers — and where required by law.
Data retention
- We retain booking and transaction records as required for our business and legal/tax obligations, and delete or anonymise information when no longer needed.
